目的 :研究山茱萸乙醇提取液对 型糖尿病 (非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 ,NIDDM)大鼠的治疗作用。方法 :制备 NIDDM大鼠模型。将动物分为 3组 ,每组 6只 :1正常对照组 ,2 NIDDM模型组 ,3NIDDM模型 +山茱萸乙醇提取液治疗组。动物每天灌胃一次 ,连续给药一个月 ,对照组和模型组给予等量助溶剂。观察各组动物进食及饮水等一般情况 ,末次给药后测定空腹、进食 5 h后血糖和血胰岛素水平 ,病理检查观察胰岛变化。结果 :山茱萸乙醇提取液能显著降低 NIDDM大鼠进食量及饮水量 ,其对 NIDDM大鼠空腹血糖无影响 ,但能明显降低其进食后血糖水平 ,升高进食后血浆胰岛素水平 ,促进胰岛增生。结论 :山茱萸乙醇提取液对 型糖尿病 (非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 ,NIDDM)有明显的治疗作用 ,该作用可能是通过促进胰岛增生 ,增加胰岛素分泌而实现的

Objective:To research the therapeutic effects of Alcohol extract of Cornus officinalis Sieb.et Zucc on type 2 (non-insulin-dependent) diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) rats.Methods:The rat model of NIDDM was made. The animals were divided into three groups(six for each group): groupⅠ: control ; group Ⅱ: NIDDM model ;group Ⅲ: NIDDM model + Cornus officinalis Sieb.et Zucc therapeutic group. The drug was given orally to animals one time a day, uninterrupted for a month. Animals general condition(the volume of water drinking and food intake), fast plasma glucose level, postprandial plasma glucose and insulin level were determined and morphological check of islet was performed.Results:Alcohol extract of Cornus officinalis Sieb.et Zucc reduced the volume of water drinking and food intake in NIDDM rats. Although this drug had no effect on the fast plasma glucose level, it decreased postprandial plasma glucose level and increased insulin level in NIDDM rats. In morphology, the drug increased the areas of islet in NIDDM rats. Conclusion:This experiment demonstrated that Alcohol extract of Cornus officinalis Sieb.et Zucc have obvious therapeutic effects on NIDDM rats and its mechanism be probably due to the proliferation of islet and increased secretion of insulin.
