神经炎症在阿尔茨海默病发病机制中的作用

阿尔茨海默病(AD)是目前最为常见的一种神经退行性疾病,其病因及发病机制至今还不是很清楚。近几年,越来越多的研究发现,神经炎症在AD的发生发展过程中发挥着重要作用。其中,小胶质细胞的激活及其产生的炎症因子是AD神经炎症的主要表现。此外,在AD疾病过程中,外周侵入脑内的淋巴细胞及炎症因子也参与了AD的神经炎症。因此,研发副作用小的非甾体类抗炎药有望成为防治AD的新靶点。

Abstract:

Alzheimer's disease(AD) is the most common neurodegenerative disease,and its etiology and pathogenesis are still not very clear so far.In recent years,a growing number of studies have found that neuroinflammation plays an important role in the development of AD.The activation of microglia and the inflammatory cytokines produced by the cells represent the neuroinflammation in many ways.In addition,peripheral lymphocytes and inflammatory cytokines invading into the brain in AD progress join the neuroinflammation as well.Therefore,the investigation of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs with small side effect may become a new target for prevention and treatment of AD.
