桥本氏甲状腺炎发病中CD4+T细胞的研究进展

摘要:

桥本氏甲状腺炎(Hashimoto′s thyroiditis, HT)为临床上最常见的自身免疫性甲状腺疾病,多见于30~50岁女性,且发病率呈逐年上升趋势。然而该病确切的发病机制仍未完全清楚,T淋巴细胞及相关细胞因子在HT的发病机制中起到关键作用,为此本文针对CD4~+T淋巴细胞及细胞因子在HT发病中的作用作一综述,为探索HT的治疗提供新的线索和思路。
